Infrastructure
We have been working close with our local communities for fifteen years. We have constructed a school with associated buildings, a community guesthouse, a clinic, a church, a shop and an entertainment room.
Health Care
Free medical care is supplied to employees and community members in our own clinic. We do campaigns against HIV and malaria, and provide clean water and good housing for all our employees.
Education
LevasFlor workers are engaged in evening schooling to raise literacy levels and open career possibilities within the company. Since 2019, nearly 50 children are also attending day schooling.
We believe that success is built out of people. Therefore we empower our staff to reach for the top branches of the tree.
